Merge onto WV-310 N via EXIT 137 toward DOWNTOWN/FAIRMONT. 

Turn LEFT onto WV-310/PARK AVE. 

Turn slight LEFT onto WV-310/MERCHANT ST/E PARK AVE. 

Turn RIGHT onto MERCHANT ST. 

MERCHANT ST. becomes JEFFERSON ST. 

Turn LEFT onto US-19S/JACKSON ST.  Continue to follow US-19S. 

End at Fairmont General Hospital.

From I-79 SOUTH Traveling North:

Take I-79 N toward FAIRMONT. 

Take the US-250N EXIT 132 toward FAIRMONT. 

Turn LEFT onto US-250/FAIRMONT AVE/ADAMS ST. 

Turn LEFT onto US-19S/COUNTRY CLUB RD. 

Turn RIGHT onto US-19/LOCUST AVE. 

End at Fairmont General Hospital.
